Window Brothers is ready to grow, and we need your help to fulfill our vision to provide the best possible Window Cleaning experience in the Midwest, Wisconsin and Illinois. We’re looking for a special person who loves to assure customer satisfaction through safe and effective work and cooperation and effective coordination of efforts with all co-workers and crew leaders

Your role will involve working with the crew leader to maintain client relationships according to Window Brothers standards. Working with the crew leader to assure the proper and timely maintenance and supply of all vehicles, work equipment and supplies.

Various factors such as workloads, operational efficiency and staffing needs will determine an employee’s starting and quitting time as well as the total hours worked each day or each week.

You have a High school diploma or equivalent. Have a minimum of 3 years customer service experience. Experience requirement may be waived in lieu of proficiency in window cleaning and/or other qualifications determined by the company. You have a valid driver’s license and insurability. And personal transportation to and from work

This is a full-time position. Normal company working hours are Monday-Friday starting at 4:30am.

Our office is in New Berlin where you will have to check in everyday and pick up your equipment.
